Who we are

Kettle & Desk is a UK business run by Luciano Quas. If you have any question about your data, email hello@kettleanddesk.co.uk.

What we collect

If you email us or talk to Kit, our website assistant, we may collect your name, your business name, your email address and anything else you choose to tell us.

Kit is run on ElevenLabs. Chats with Kit are recorded and transcribed by ElevenLabs so we can read what was asked and get back to you. Please don't share anything sensitive in a chat.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a call and talk to you about our services. We don't use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is only held by the services we use to run the business, such as ElevenLabs for Kit and our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or look after you as a client, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just email hello@kettleanddesk.co.uk and we'll deal with it within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
